F.A.Q.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yay!! You have now booked your portrait session! Now, what? It is okay, don’t you worry, and I am here to help you through this process from booking to ordering. Prior to your session we will work out all the details and I will make sure all your questions are answered.
Do you have a studio? Where will we take our pictures?
I have a Home Studio in Louisville, MS. I also shoot on-location around Winston County & surrounding areas. I am available to help you decide the perfect place for your shoot. I do have a travel fee for locations outside a 45 mile radius.

What’s the best time of day to take pictures?
I am so glad you asked. Us photographers like to call it the Magic Hour. The 1-2 hours before the sun sets is the best time to shoot. It gives your photos the most beautiful warm, glowing light at that time of day. Sunrise is also a personal favorite.

How long will the session last?
Sessions typically last 1-2 hours.

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! As a mom of two boys, personally, I understand. Life can get crazy, sickness creeps up on your family. Just contact me at least 24 hours in advance so you can reschedule.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Unfortunately, I can’t control Mother Nature. The good news is that we can reschedule your session if the weather isn’t in our favor.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, I do require all clients to sign a contract with Good Vibrations Photography.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! In order to secure your session date, I do require a deposit. This is a non-refundable fee.

How long does it take to get my pictures back?
Galleries are normally ready for viewing within 2-4 weeks. You will get a small sneak peek (1-2 images) of your session within 2 days.

Do I get all the pictures you take?
I take a lot of pictures during each session. This is so I am able to capture the perfect moments for you and your family. I will choose the best of the best images from your session to edit and deliver to you.

What types of Payment do you accept?
Currently, I accept cash, check, and PayPal.
